Frost Compared to Modern Artist

Throughout many of Robert Frost's poems he talks a lot about farming, nature and his tone is usually very depressing. In the poem "After Apple Picking" it has a very depressing mood to the whole poem. In the poem it talks about life and how many bad things come our way every day and we just need to be able to catch the good ones. Also in this certain poem it is taking place on a farm, as where most of his poems deal with farming. He talks mostly about these two things because it is the way he lived his life. Robert Frost lived on a farm for most of his life and seemed like he was very depressed. He was depressed in life because he had many children pass away at such a young age. He liked to relate his poems to his everyday life that he lived.

"Education is the ability to listen to almost anything without losing your temper."
-Robert Frost
