1874 - Born on March 26th in San Francisco and Robert Frost was the first born child of married couple, isabelle Moodie and
William Prescott Frost Jr.
1879 - Frost attempts kindergarten but goes home after one day due to nervous stomach pain and he does not ever return
to kindergarten.
1880 - Frost attempts first grade, but again soon drops out of school.
1882 - Frost drops out of school and begins to get home schooled
1885 - Frost's father dies of tuberculosis on May 5th, and after all the debt and expenses are paid off after his death,
he left his family with only 8 dollars to live off of. Robert's mother moves her family to live with her parents in Lawrence,
Mass. Robert's grandparents were very strict and put Robert back into school.
1886 - The family moves to Salem Depot, New Hampshire, where his mother starts teaching and Robert and his sister enter
the fifth grade together.
1889 - At the top of his class, Robert finishes high school.
1890 - He published his first poem called "La Noche Triste".
1891 - Frost passes preliminary entrance exams for Harvard University, where he meets and falls in love with Elinor Miriam
White.
1892 - Announces his engagement to Elilor.
1896 - Their first son, Elliott, is born on September 25th.
1897 - Frost passes entrances exams for Harvard University but soon will drop out.
1899 - Drops out of Harvard and their first daughter were born on April 28th. He also learns his mother has cancer to.
1900 - His first son Elliott dies from cholera on July 8th and because of that, Elinor suffers depression and Frost's
heath quickly declines. His mother also dies of cancer on November 2nd and is buried with her grandson Elliott in Lawrence.
1902 - They have another son, Carol, born on may 27th.
1905 - They have another daughter, Marjorie, is born on March 28th.
1907 - They have another daughter, Elinor Bettina, is born on June 18th and dies on June 21st.
1915 - His wife has a miscarriage.
1924 - Frost was awarded Pulitzer Prize for New Hampshire in May.
1925 - Because Frost was stubborn, and thought that he was born in 1875, not 1874, his friends throw him a fiftieth birthday
party.
1934 - Daughter Marjorie develops puerperal fever after having her first born daughter in March and dies May 2nd.
1937 - Frost wins another Pulitzer Prize for A Further Range.
1938 - Frost's wife Elinor dies of heart failure on March 20th, but Frost doesn't waste anytime and asks Kathleen Morrison
to marry him, but she declines.
1943 - Frost is awarded his third Pulitzer Prize for a Witness Tree.
1962 - Frost got really sick from Pneumonia and is hospitalized.
1963 - Frost is awarded another prize, The Bollingen Prize, for poetry. He died on January 29th, 1963.
